These terms apply to cleaning services provided by New Creation Cleaning Co. and to your use of newcreationcleans.com.
Requests are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a request through this website reserves your requested arrival window while we review it. It does not create a confirmed appointment. Your service is booked only once we confirm the scope, price, date, and arrival window with you directly. We may decline a request, and we may ask for photos or a walkthrough before quoting.
Estimates and final pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting estimates, not fixed quotes. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your property details and may change for conditions beyond what you described. See our Policies page for the full detail.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your property, its condition, pets, and access.
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property at the agreed time.
- Secure cash, jewelry, medication, firearms, and irreplaceable items before we arrive.
- Tell us in advance about surfaces needing special care or products you do not want used.
Our responsibilities
- We perform the services described in your written estimate with reasonable care and skill.
- We treat your home, your belongings, and your privacy with respect.
Damage and claims
Accidents are rare but possible. Report any damage to us within 24 hours of the cleaning so we can inspect it and respond appropriately. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items that were already loose or unstable, or damage caused by products you asked us to use against our advice.
What we do not do
We do not perform work at unsafe heights, or handle hazardous waste, mold remediation, pest removal, or biohazard cleanup. We may decline or stop work in a property that is unsafe, and in that case you are charged only for work completed.
Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling, lockout, and satisfaction-guarantee terms are set out on our Policies page and form part of these terms.
Hiring our staff
Please do not hire our cleaners directly outside of New Creation Cleaning Co. during your time as a client or for 12 months after. Training and vetting staff is a real cost to a small business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, our liability for any claim relating to a cleaning is limited to the amount you paid for that cleaning.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
