Who can see it

Form submissions go to the business email account and to our scheduling system, which is accessible only to the owner and authorized staff. Access details and uploaded photos are visible only to signed-in staff and are never exposed publicly.

How long we keep it

We keep request and service records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we are required to keep it.
